Siddhanath Science Campus

Siddhanath Science Campus was established in 1976 AD (2033 BS) as a community campus located in Bhimdatta Municipality, Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur district, Sudurpaschim Province of Nepal. It is affiliated to Tribhuvan University. Hence, it is completely supported and managed by the community. It is offering B.Sc CSIT, B.Sc, and M.Sc in Physics program. Unanimity in campus development among all the stakeholders including political parties, parents, representatives of the municipality, District Development Office, etc. Most of the officials and parents are the graduates of this campus. There is a sense of belongingness among all concerned.

Mahendranagar is an emerging town of Kanchanpur district in the far western Terai region of Nepal and also a border town adjoining Banbasa, India. It is mainly catering to the students from Kanchanpur and at least nine adjoining districts, mainly of the students are the first generation in higher education, many of them are from Dalit and disadvantaged Janajati groups

Siddhanath Science Campus has overcome many challenges and accomplished many achievements. It must be pride and prestige of Far Western Region because it is only one science campus in this area and it has qualified teachers, quality production and efforts of diverse developments. So the Siddhanath Science Campus has become a bright light of education in Far Western Nepal. Siddhanath Science Campus, the glory of Far Western Region, has earned its name and fame in science faculty across Nepal.

ELIGIBILITY:

To get the addmission on this college for Bsc.CSIT, You must have following criteria.

• The Candidates who are applying to BSc CSIT should match the following conditions: Should have completed 12 years of schooling in the science field or equivalent institution recognized by Tribhuvan University (TU).
• Should pass the entrance exam conducted by Tribhuvan University (TU) securing more than 40% marks.
• Should have minimum Second Division in their +2 equivalent or have secured at least C in all subjects on +2 equivalent (11 and 12)

OR

Studied A level must score at least D in all subjects and must study Physic and Mathematics.

OR

Passed 3-year Engineer Level from CTEVT but taking Mathematics and Physic

SELECTION PRODECURE:

Fill the form of CSIT Entrance from college. Appear the CSIT Entrance Exam and if you score more than 40 marks on entrance examination then you are eligible to take admission on this college. You have to take admission before the college seat occupies.

You can also take admission, if you have filled form from another collge. Make sure, You have to take admission before college seat occupies.

If you passed on entrance examination conducted by TU then you can take admission on any college, if college have available seat.
