CMOS technology is used for constructing integrated circuit (IC) chips, including microprocessors, microcontrollers, memory chips (including CMOS BIOS), and other digital logic circuits.

Power dissipation is the process in which an electric or electronic device produces heat (or other waste energy) as an unwanted byproduct of its primary action.

Positive Logic  NAND gate:

NAND gate is the AND gate followed by NOT gate. So truth table of AND gate is

 Negative NOR gate

In the case of Negative NOR gate, We will inverse  the inputs. So, If the input will be 0 then we will write 1 and vice versa. And our output must be the opposite to the output of positive logic NOR gate.

Since the output of Positive logic NAND gate has opposite value to the Negative Logic Nor Gate. So, We can  say that “The positive Logic NAND gate is equal to Negative logic NOR gate.

In the same way, We can  say that “The positive Logic NOR gate is equal to Negative logic NAND gate.
