How to Apply for B.Sc. CSIT Transcript of Tribhuvan University: Step-by-Step Process
If you’ve finished your B.Sc.CSIT and need your transcript , here’s a simple step-by-step guide to help you apply from Tribhuvan University’s Office of Controller of Examinations Balkhu.
Before you go, make sure you have:
- Photocopy of your TU Registration Card.
You should get the original registration card from your college. - All mark sheets photocopy (every year or semester, including back exams)
- Citizenship or any ID card (for collecting transcript)
Note: If your registration card has wrong details (like wrong date of birth or name), go to Room No. 9 first. You’ll need your SEE marksheet photocopy for verification. This will be done for free.
The staff usually take a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, so plan to go before or after that time.
Step-by-Step Process to apply for Transcript
- Go to the Help Centre and ask for the Transcript Form for B.Sc. CSIT.
- Fill the Bank voucher and get your transcript stamped.
Visit the Global IME Bank or NIMB Bank counter ( this is inside the office space, you will see people standing in line there already).
Pay Rs. 550 for Bachelor’s transcript. Keep the bank voucher safe. After paying, the bank will stamp your form as proof of payment.
- Fill up the form and go to Room No. 24 with:
- Filled form
- Stamped voucher
- All mark sheet photocopies
- Registration card photocopy
If you had any back exams, write the exact year and symbol number in which you took each back exam.
- Submit your Form: They’ll take your documents and give you a voucher copy that is stamped and tell you to come after about 15 days to collect your transcript.
- Collect your transcript: When you go back, take your voucher copy slip and ID card like Citizenship.
Once you’ve received your transcript, you can apply for your Migration Certificate and Provisional Certificate from the same office.
